3. Payment Information

To process payments, we use a third-party payment platform. We do not store your full card details. Your payment details may be stored by our payment provider in tokenised form to enable recurring payments and authorised charges under your licence agreement. You authorise us (and/or our payment provider) to charge your nominated payment method for all fees and other amounts properly payable under your licence terms.

4. CCTV Surveillance

You acknowledge and consent that surveillance cameras operate inside and outside our premises at Unit 19/153–155 Rooks Road, Vermont VIC 3133 for security, safety and incident management purposes.

CCTV footage may be:

• Viewed and used by our staff for security and safety purposes
• Disclosed to law enforcement, insurers, building management or professional advisers where reasonably necessary
• Retained for a period we consider reasonable for security and compliance purposes, unless required otherwise by law
